How it works

For a free consultation and custom menu, please fill out our Custom Menu Form. Upon receipt of your form, we will send you the first draft of your menu and work with you until it’s perfect.

Once your menu is set, we shop for your groceries, prepare your meals, and deliver them on a determined day. You are charged for your groceries and labor for the shopping and preparation of your meals. Labor is $16/hour, most weekly meal plans take about 3 hours.

Our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, and we use organic produce as often as it is available.

Our rotating menu is posted on Monday and payment is due by 5pm the following Friday. Your meals are delivered to your specified address the following Monday. How easy is that?
