Level 1: Day-of Coordination
Starting at $300
For brides who need little to no help with the planning process, this package includes coordination for ceremony and reception, decorating and itinerary assistance. We will cut the cake, and make sure everyone in your party is lined up and walks when the music starts.
Level 2: Coordination Plus
Starting at $500
This package is best for brides who need a little help with the planning process. Great for out-of-town couples and busy brides who just need a little extra. This package includes everything in the Day-of Coordinator Package: On site ceremony & reception coordination, timeline and decorating assistance. as well as assistance selecting your vendors, and an event design consultation including budget allocation.
Level 3: Set it and forget it
Starting at $1,200
This package is for the bride who just doesn’t have time or desire for the planning process. We will take care of everything. From setting up consultations with vendors, bookings, contract negotiation, hotel blocks, curating catering options and more. Whatever you need. We got you. You just kick back and enjoy the gifts, we’ll do the rest.
Level 4: All-inclusive coordination & catering
Starting at $1000
This package encompasses everything included in the Level 3 Package, as well as our top-rated catering services. This does not include staff and food costs.
corporate events
Starting at $300
Our corporate package includes bookings and timeline assistance. You have enough on your plate, let us do the legwork for you!
Parties
Starting at $400
This package includes coordination and planning for events with less than 50 guests. This includes bridal and baby showers, kids parties, anniversary parties and family reunions. We will help decorate, secure rentals and other vendors to create an event you and your guests will love without the planning headaches.
